LPS Advisory Ltd is a boutique London-based firm of Property Surveyors.
We are professional members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Registered Valuers.
We provide a Gold Standard in condition based surveys of residential and commercial property. We also provide detailed and accurate valuation reports in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Global Standards ('Red Book Global Standards') and International Valuation Standards (IVS) for a range of different purposes. Our surveyors and partner firms are all highly experienced in the inspection and appraisal of real estate, specialising in Prime London residential.
LPS Advisory is a dynamic group of experienced professionals able to advise and act on your behalf. Our Partner Firms include NICEIC accredited electricians, Gas Safe registered engineers and plumbers, drainage specialists and structural engineers which are all on hand for referral if you need advice, reports or repairs in any of these specialist areas.

LPS Advisory Ltd will aim to give you a 360 degree vision of any property we are instructed to survey. We can provide an eagle eyed view using drone technology, if requested. We are highly experienced and well equipped in detecting defects such as roof leaks, dampness, timber decay, structural movement or subsidence. Coupled with our extensive knowledge of the London property market, we are able to provide the highest level of accuracy and quality in our appraisals and valuations.
