We are closely following the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 which was recently passed in Parliament, and has received Royal Assent. However, the proposed changes are still awaiting implementation and we will update you soon.

Defect Reports: Analysis, diagnosis and recommendations based on years of building pathology training, experience and knowledge. We use industry leading technology and equipment.
