Lease Extensions and Enfranchisement:

We are closely following the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 which was recently passed in Parliament, and has received Royal Assent. However, the proposed changes are still awaiting implementation and we will update you soon.

​ A surveyor acting as an expert witness owes an overriding duty to the tribunal to present expert evidence that is objective, unbiased, and independent. We have extensive experience working in the London Real Estate sector and, as such, we are experts in subject matters relating to property valuation and building pathology. We are able to act as Single Joint or separate Expert Witness.
Our clear and honest communication can be relied upon whether it be for arbitration, negligence investigation or legal disputes relating to land or property. Our reports are compliant with Civil Procedure Rules, namely Part 35, and we will attend a court hearing or tribunal if necessary.
