LPS Advisory Ltd is a modern, independent Chartered Surveying practice and a growing London-based SME with measured plans for expansion. Based in North London, we focus on residential surveying and valuation across London and within the M25, operating as a senior-led practice that prioritises sound judgement, independence and quality over volume-driven work.

As the practice develops, we are keen to speak with surveyors at different stages of their career, particularly AssocRICS and MRICS-qualified surveyors, who may be considering a new opportunity. This may suit individuals seeking greater autonomy, flexibility and exposure to a varied range of technically interesting instructions, while still benefiting from collaboration, professional oversight and a supportive working environment.

 

Surveying work typically includes Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, defect-led inspections and valuation work, alongside direct client liaison and advisory input. There is also scope to contribute to the development of workflows, quality assurance processes and client care systems for those interested in a broader role within a small and growing practice.

While our immediate focus is on strengthening surveying capacity, we are also open to hearing from graduates, administrative staff or other property professionals who feel they could add value as the business continues to evolve.
