LPS Advisory Ltd is a regulated firm of experienced RICS Registered Valuers, authorised to undertake a wide range of formal property valuation work.
We provide RICS “Red Book” valuations in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Global Standards, effective 31st January 2025, as well as the UK National Supplement, and International Valuation Standards (IVS), as applicable to the instruction.

We undertake valuations and appraisals across a range of property types and purposes, including statutory, tax, accounting and advisory requirements.

Advisory Services
Lease Extensions and Enfranchisement: We provide professional advice and valuation services in connection with lease extensions and enfranchisement matters, acting under the provisions of the Leasehold Reform, Housing & Urban Development Act 1993, and associated case law. We are keeping a close eye on legislative reforms introduced by the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024, where applicable, and their potential impact on valuation assumptions and procedures.

Expert Witness Assignments: We accept expert witness instructions in matters relating to residential property valuation and building pathology, drawing on extensive experience across the London real estate sector. Our reports are prepared with due regard to the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 35, relevant Practice Directions, and RICS professional guidance on surveyors acting as expert witnesses. Where instructed, we act independently and objectively, with our overriding duty being to the Court or Tribunal.
